Clear stewardship

Financial Accountability.

The Grace Commission is a Texas nonprofit corporation committed to local church accountability, board oversight, lean administration, clear communication, and responsible use of every gift.

Three commitments

Clarity. Stewardship. Accountability.

Commitment 1

Clear Purpose

Our public focus is narrow and understandable: support new U.S. Greater Grace churches during their first three years.

Commitment 2

Lean Stewardship

Volunteer service helps keep overhead low. Basic payment processing, communication, reporting, and administrative costs are kept practical and restrained.

Commitment 3

Real Oversight

Funds are governed by The Grace Commission’s board and ministry accountability through Greater Grace Church of Bryan.

How gifts are handled

General, designated, and special needs support.

General gifts are encouraged because they allow The Grace Commission to stand with all current supported churches and prepare for new works. Donors may also indicate a preference for a particular church or approved project.

The Grace Commission retains control and discretion over all donated funds. This protects the charitable purpose, allows responsible oversight, and keeps support responsive to changing circumstances.

A portion of available funds may be held for future works, special needs, practical equipment, launch support, or continuity. Exact allocation and monthly support levels may change according to available funds, the number of supported churches, and board decisions.

Stable support without impossible promises.

Where possible, support may be distributed in a steady monthly rhythm rather than fluctuating sharply with each individual gift. The Commission will not promise funds it does not have, and supported churches will be kept informed about approved support periods.

Reporting

Show the growing circle of support.

The website can show current totals raised and churches supported. Donors should receive payment receipts and year-end giving summaries as applicable. Newsletters and field updates will explain how the support circle is growing and what new churches are doing.
